Terms of Service

VetMyRide ("we", "us") is a small business operated by Alper Cakir. By using vetmyride.com or buying a report, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What you're buying

Each $9 report is an AI-generated analysis of one auction vehicle listing (Copart, IAAI, or similar). It includes damage findings from listing photos, an estimated repair budget, a max-bid number, and a BUY / CONSIDER / PASS verdict. Bundles (10-pack, 30-pack) are credit packs that work the same way — one credit per report.

The report is informational only. It is not a professional vehicle inspection, an appraisal, an investment recommendation, or legal/financial advice. AI makes mistakes. Listing photos hide things. Always verify critical findings (frame damage, airbag deployment, flood signs, title history) with an in-person inspection or a licensed mechanic before you bid.

Refunds

If a report feels wrong — the verdict seems off, the math looks broken, you just don't trust it — email hi@vetmyride.comwithin 30 days of purchase and tell us why. We refund within 24 hours. No objections, no fine print. We're using v1 feedback to make the product right.

For bundles (10-pack, 30-pack), refunds are pro-rated against unused credits. Used credits aren't refundable individually, but the per-report refund above still applies.

Acceptable use

You can use reports for your own purchasing decisions, share them with mechanics or partners, and reference them in negotiations. You can't republish bulk report contents commercially (as a competing data feed, for example), use the service to scrape auction sites at scale, or attempt to circumvent the paywall.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that reports will be accurate, complete, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose. AI vision models misclassify damage. Auction listings change after we scrape them. Repair estimates depend on assumptions that may not match your local shop rates.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a report or the service is capped at the amount you paid us for that report (typically $9). We are not liable for consequential damages (lost auction wins, lost resale profit, tow costs, missed deadlines, etc.) arising from your use of a report.

Payments + email

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Transactional emails (purchase receipts, magic-link logins, refresh notifications) are sent via Resend.

If you receive a cold outreach email from us about VetMyRide and want to stop, click the unsubscribe link in the footer of that email or reply "stop" — we honor opt-outs within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM.

Accounts and access

We don't use traditional accounts. Reports are tied to the email you provide at checkout. You access your reports via time-limited magic links sent to that email. Anyone with a valid magic link can view the linked report — keep the link private.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects you (refund policy, pricing structure, data handling), we'll also email everyone with an active report or credit balance.
